When you request a home value, market snapshot, or consultation, you may provide:

• Your mobile phone number, if you choose to share it
• Optional answers about your plans, such as timing or reasons for considering a move

The same information may be collected if you submit a request through a Facebook or Instagram ad form.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag, and ads may run on Meta platforms. These services use cookies and similar technologies to record things like pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location, and whether you arrived from an ad. This is used to understand which pages and ads are useful, not to identify you personally.

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with service providers that help deliver what you asked for:

• eXp Realty — my brokerage, as required for licensed real estate activity
